How RRA CEMU came into existence
The association of RWANDA REVENUE AUTHORITY/CAISSE D’ENTRAIDE MUTUELLE (RRA/ CEMU) staff has been established in February 2004 from idea of some RRA officers who had seen the similar association in ELECTROGAZ and BRALIRWA.
